– Meet RECO’s eligibility requirements for transfer, reinstatement or new registration
– Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
DURHAM HOME KEY REALTY may decline applications at its discretion.
5. Licence Parking Services
Durham Home Key Realty provides licence-parking and administrative services only.
Registrants parking their licence do not receive:
– MLS® access
– Real Estate Board membership privileges
– Active trading support
All services are governed by applicable RECO rules and brokerage policy.
6. Referral Activity
Referral income, where permitted, is administered in accordance with RECO guidelines and brokerage procedures. No guarantee of referral opportunities or income is made.
7. Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the website is accurate and complete. DURHAM HOME KEY REALTY is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate submissions.
8. Intellectual Property
