Be a registrant with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)
Meet RECO’s eligibility requirements for transfer, reinstatement or new registration.
Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
DURHAM HOME KEY REALTY may decline applications at its discretion.
6. Referral Activity
Referral income, where permitted, is administered in accordance with RECO guidelines and brokerage procedures. No guarantee of referral opportunities or income is made.
